Given that we have Glasgow Prestwick, it was relevant for them to
differentiate from that particular airport.  Perhaps they should have
named it as the Greater Glasgow airport instead?  And the BAA don't
give two hoots where an airline flies long-haul from.  If they did,
why haven't they banned CO and DL from flying out of EDI?
