When we went out to Paris last week there wasn't a problem but the
flight wasn't full. There is a large percentage of Ryanair passengers
taking carry on baggage only to save on check-in. Ryanair need to
impose strict controls when fligts are full. Oversized bags will not
safely fit under the seat in front.
