X-No-Archive: Few sleep queries here. Hoping for some advice. I've found that if I have a *big* night on the booze, I sleep like the dead. More the point, I actually fall asleep easier than knocking the top off a beer. You could drop a bomb near my bed and I wouldn't even stir. It's great. But.....the following night (the night of the hangover), I find it's often harder to get to sleep than leaping tall buildings in a single bound. What's the resaon behind this? Remedy? (Other than simply not drinking) As a totally seperate issue, I've found that if I have just a few drinks on a totally separate night (hardly even tipsy), sometimes it's harder to fall asleep. Any comments here? Lastly, if you're on medication that has a side effect of very lucid dreams (on an almost nightly basis), is there anything that can be done about this?[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
