# So, we're becoming fully Americanised?
There being no 8th day of a 15th month, we adopt the "logic" of US
terminology, which makes little sense except - that the USA insists on doing
things its own way.
You can have - day, month, year; or - year, month, day, but not - month,
day, year. "The USA is the only way".
One thing about the whole world becoming Americanised, there'd be little
point to world sight-seeing, as you'd see nothing different to what you see
at home. Want a drink of coffee? - you can visit either Starbucks, or
Gloria Jean's.
Oh, the pun? American - a tin of mirth. (I opened a can of dehydrated
water, and there was nothing there!)
