Don't have millions for advertising? Me Neither

So how do you solve that problem?  I'll assume you have a product or service or website to
promote or sell (if you don't e-mail me I'll point you in the right direction) but you
don't have millions for advertising.  I have an ad budget but it is fairly small so I have
to get creative.  I utilize the traffic exchanges and a lot of  click to earn program ,you
can click ads to earn money or use the credits to display your own ads, or just buy ads,
for a penny per person you can get 30 seconds of your advertising right i front of users
all over the world and the advertising is highly targeted.  There is no one magic site
that does it all, but a combination of several will really boost your traffic, sales,
google page rank and Alexa Ranking
