guy uses that very same argument.

Crime is rampant across all racial lines...white-on-black crime typically
goes unreported because blacks know they won't get a fair shake from white
police and judges.  Whites tend to be let off the hook more oftern...that's
why their crime stats are lower...they just as prone to crime as any other
race.
