I didn't say European-Americans...I said Europeans...as in Sweden, Denmark,
France, etc.

They use social welfare programs all the time...they're mostly one race.

Nope, it is intended to give them a ladder up, just as corporate welfare,
200+ billion dollars worth, give wealthy whites a ladder up.
