Retreat, defeat, surrender...

Retreat, defeat, surrender...yet another not-so-brilliant bumper sticker. If
anyone recalls, the plan we Americans were told by Rumsfeld is that our
troops would be spending most of their time training the NEW Iraqi army, so
that they could take over their new sovereign nation, and let our troops
come home, job done.
Well, it's been 5.5 years now, and that plan still hasn't come to fruition.

Bush & Condi are traipsing around Africa, the economy is in god-awful
condition, people are losing their homes in the millions, inflations is
berserk, CEOs are retiring with billions of $$$, there's no money for the
American people to build new bridges or schools and the war goes on.

That fact, coupled with the fact you can't win a war that had no logic to
begin with, means it's time to tell the Iraqi government it's time for them
to sink or swim, becouse our troops have been over there longer than all of
WW2, and it's time to end this quagmire in the sand, just like we ended
Vietnam.

PS, Saturday there were 81 people killed in a bombing in Kandahar,
Afghanistan, the worst terrorist attack since we invaded 6 years ago.
Things are NOT improving...we either end the nonsense and come home, or we
go Mccain's route...a multi genrational war, a war with no end, ever. Do we
want that? Especially when we still haven't even found Osama for God's
sake?!

Maybe Bush will get ate by a lion!
