Alcatel OneTouch e256 ringtones

Hi everybody
I have bought an Alcatel OneTouch e256 phone, very nice, cheap and
functionally. All but the customizations.
The Alcatel support says (and the handbook doesn't say anything else)
that it is not possible to load other ringtones. Although I have found
various sites offering ringtones download, specific for this model.
I would understand if it is really impossible, like Alcatel says, or if
there is an unofficial way to do that.
