I am down in San Diego pretty often, doing work for a company whose HQ is near Qualcomm's corporate campus in San Diego's Mira Mesa neighborhood. I think Qualcomm must be doing OK for themselves. One large high-rise, a bunch of smaller satellite buildings, and they run shuttle buses to get people around the campus.
