A10 connection in CDMA2000 HRPD

Hi, I find that the A10 connection is over GRE in CDMA2000 standard. Interestingly, in one of the CDMA2000 HRPD standards i find that protocol stack depicts A10 over the L2 for CDMA2000 HRPD.
