This world places great importance on so many things that are of little or no importance at all. Compared with eternal life, all the wealth, power, and fame of this world are transitory. People may spend many years learning the details of some part of this transitory world and still not know the basis of salvation. People should make every effort to find the narrow gate to life. Just because a lot of people are going this or that other way does not mean it is the right way, but Christ said he is the way to God. The great event of history was Christ giving his life for us on the cross and his rising again. Those who place their ENTIRE trust for salvation SOLELY on Jesus Christ who became our righteous Substitute in the sight of God on the cross have the righteousness of Christ considered as though theirs so that they have eternal life. -- http://roines.home.mindspring.com[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
