Modern day Christianity, religion aimed to please. Mat 22:37 Jesus said unto him, Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with part of your heart, and part of your soul, and with part of your mind. Mat 22:38 This is the first and great commandment. Mat 22:39 And the second is like unto it, Thou shalt love love thyself first so that you can try to love thy neighbour too. Mat 22:40 On these two commandments hang all the law and the prophets. The second commandment is easier than the first because you already love yourself. Win, win.
