should
know it's a valid email that gives you your identity on the net as
anyone can say, "© 2008 John D Weatherly all rights reserved;".

Be sure to tell your lawyer you have been posting anonymous without any
way people can verify who you are. You'll get maybe 10 minutes to make
your case for free.
