Last (I think) question: when making darker roasts, why do you consider the Gene Cafe superior to the Behmore - *given* your understanding of how to make the most of each machine? IIUC, a newbie would have trouble with the Behmore at dark, but you've clearly outlined how you make it work for you. It appears that either machine could go controlably dark in your hands, and the Behmore would have that pleasant difference!? Thanks again![ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
