The max roasting time limits were designed for a lawyer's idea of safety. You can't directly set the time. You have to use 3 weight settings which will give you a time value, each with a potential max allowed time depending on the profile button you push. That's the reason for the user "cheating" the weight - the designer didn't want a small load to be accidentally overheated. With a few roasts, you don't even think of weight anymore, just time, and it will definitely take you way past French. The Behmor's controls were just not designed to be straight-forward. So I am hoping that the next version is an adult model where we can set the time and temp directly :) -mb[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
