The plus for the Gene and darker than FC+ is that I can safely do a 1/2# roast to that level. I don't think I would attempt that on the Behmor unless I knew for sure that the bean in question was very low chaff. so for me, darker than FC+ is either 1/4# in the Behmor or 1/2# in the Gene.[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
