That would work *really* well with me - I'm proud of my product (and
therefore defensive <vvbg>), so an assault of that nature would
swiftly get you my best John Cleese retort, complete with ministry of
silly walks posturing.  Actually, I've mellowed along the way, since
*I* know that it's a good espresso (by commercial standards) and most
customers are happy to tell me that, so I don't tend to believe a
harsh critic unless there is an issue with the water or the coffee is
just plain too strong for them (something I can at least fix).  What
annoys me is when I clear a table and find a partially drunk cup,
indicating that all was not well.  I'd rather have the opportunity to
fix it for the customer than them just walk off muttering that it was
too strong etc etc...
