I buy Citric Acid for about $1/pound at the local wine and beer making supply house. I was in a local market on Wednesday and saw that it was sold there in smaller quantities. Seems to me that I've been seeing it available in more and more places. Someone said he/she had seen it available at Whole Foods, but I don't know about that sighting. Dilute it about 2 Tbs/Quart. Works just fine.
