They also charge the same prices for brewed or pressed coffee, so those not in a hurry are pressing. Local coffee shops have followed suit - sort of - but with lesser coffee at higher prices. The insulated, stainless steel Frieling is a good, durable way to go IMHO. The Frieling is a classy-looking unit (well, for steel - the classiest units are breakable, glass Bodums, IMHO); stainless doesn't break; insulation keeps the coffee viable a little longer, and helps prevent scalding customers.
