Don't know the Meyers family, but I sure like their sausage (though it's pretty hard to find bad Texas sausage - IMHO Texas sausage is a national treasure). Just reading some other reviews about Waaks - guess I'm gonna have to order some. Now...... all you need is Joe Ely and Joel Guzman, and you'll be having a proper Texas gathering. :-) p.s. FWIW, I appreciate it when people brag a little bit about their blends, or roasts, or roasters, or whatever - keeps alt.coffee alive, and creates opportunities to ask questions (others will certainly disagree - :-) ).
