NOT starting a war here; just curious. (6K$ may be a great price, but it
is still big $ for me.)

1. How does the GS/3 compare with other single-group, dual boiler, "high
end" units; e.g. Synesso Cyncra, Reneka Techno ?

2. If something breaks on a "3", where does one get parts?

3. .1 degree settings are sexy; but isn't there much more variability in
grinds and "pucks"? i.e. we're measuring temp with a micrometer, but
cutting coffee with an Ax?

I presume that any of these machines will exhibit an "on temperature"
indication, when the set temp is achieved after recharging?

Then the question becomes, what is the allowed variation before the
heater comes on, and how "steady" the water temp is maintained?
