Thanks- Ed Unless you drink a lot of coffee, do you really want to do "big batches"? The advantage of home roasting for me is doing batches small enough to be used up in less than ten days. Since I'm using three or four different bean varieties, I probably roast twice a week, less than one half hour per week start to finish.[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
