Dong-bi should do some ab crunches.. not by reps but by using this new belt they made for her abdomen.. a lazy man's workout.. it will tighten its abs for you.. Problem therein lies that the will won't manifest in the muscles.. so you got muscles like you are wearing a muscle suit.
