The following satire and parody of The Dark Knight movie is
hysterical:

The Gotham City Post: "The Joker" Finds Faith in God and Religious
Pluralism After Studying the Holy Scriptures at Arkham Asylum

Jack Napier (whose alias is The Joker), whom the masked vigilante
known only as "Batman" helped take down during his (that is, Mr.
Napier's) reign of mayhem over Gotham City, now claims faith in God
and religious pluralism after reading the Tanakh, the Holy Bible, and
the Holy Qu'ran in Arkham's library. The Joker says, "God is even more
devious than me or even Satan himself. If you can't beat God, join
Him!" Mr. Napier claims that Holy Scripture is his new inspiration for
demoralizing society and that God has created even more clever life-or-
death ethical dilemmas (also known as "Catch 22" situations) than even
he is capable of creating.

[. . .]

Religious scholars say that The Joker is taking Holy Scriptures out of
context; however, The Joker responded by saying that while they are
entitled to their views, he challenges them to explain the context.
Mr. Napier says that if he is right about his current views on Holy
Scripture, then God is the ultimate evil, and he has chosen the best
path to demoralize society, and if he is wrong about his theology,
then Napier claims that he is therefore the ultimate evil, and he
still has chosen the best path to demoralize society, and as an added
bonus he has not been outdone by God and is, at least, on par with
Satan himself. Skeptics of the Holy Scriptures say that while they can
see how Mr. Napier can draw inspiration from Holy Scripture for his
plans to demoralize society, they point out that The Joker is
criminally insane and that there is no consensus on how the Tanakh,
the Holy Bible, and the Holy Qu'ran are to be interpreted.
