This simplistic view is nonsense. For a program to be true freeware it as to be: Free to use in private and commercial settings. Free to redistribute as long as you don't charge money for the distribution or try sell it. It cannot impose further restrictions: registration, time-limited (ie Demo, Trialware), feature-limited (ie Crippleware). As you see, the programs distributed by that site don't fulfill none of the conditions.
