Mr Bottoms, Roger is not being stupid at all. In fact it is you who
is being stupid.

You write that, "Hummingbird meant height in pixels and width in
pixels".  Personally I'm not so sure that is what Hummingbird meant
but, for now, let's suppose it is.

If Hummingbird meant height in pixels (or pixies or gnomes or trolls)
if Hummingbird meant width in pixels (or pixies or gnomes or trolls)

then ....

then height times width gives an area.

The product does not give a a pixel count.  How could it?  This is
really basic stuff.

If you still can't see it then ask one of your boys or one of your
dogs.  They all have probably had a better education than you.
