New software publishing site Quickest Publisher

Dear software developers,

Economy-x-Talk has just started beta-testing a new web site. The purpose
of the site is to make publising your software as easy as possible. We
started created the new site, because our favorite software tracking
website merged with another and is no longer our favorite now.
