Feedback on SP3

My updates today include Service Pack 3.  Before I install it, are there any
negative issues with this?  ( I think this was discussed earlier, but can't
find the thread.)

XP Pro, SP2, Explorer 6,  and plenty of disk space, over 40 gig.
