"Office" program?

I am using a Dell Me puter. I cannot make an internet connection to MSN
and get a notice that I must have "Office" program to do so. When I was
running low on memory, I decided to delete some programs that I did not
(think) I needed; such as "Office". In doing so, I evidently also
deleted programs that were critical to getting on line with my provider.
Now am told that office program is not in my computer, therefore do not
have any way to get it back. Do I need a disc to reinstall Office and if
so, where can I get one? i will appreciate any help for this problem.
