need help on how to burn XP copy

Hi folks,

I downloaded an .iso of XP Pro. It opened it and I burnt it with Nero. It's
not working, what did I do wrong?
That's what's on the DVD:
Bin
Data
IRX
SLES_541.64
SYSTEM.CNF

Can anybody help?
