Letter to President of the Russian Federation

In the past two weeks, Russia and the international community with great
concern and great dismay watching the continuing harassment of psychiatrists
over the Murmansk office of activist opposition United Civic Front Larisa
Ivanovna Arap caused by revenge for her publication, which revealed evidence
of abuse by those health workers.

As you may be aware, the Constitution of the Russian Federation at places
you personally accountable for human rights in the Russian Federation. In
this connection, the Russian and international public opinion, it is

apparent violation of the rights of a citizen of the Russian Federation

you.

immediate release of detained for their beliefs in a psychiatric clinic
