Sexual Predator Ordered To Pay Thousands to Victims

PRLog (Press Release) – May 19, 2008 – According to Court documents
filed in late February, psychiatrist Richard Golden has been ordered
to pay more than 150,000 dollars in compensation which is to be shared
with two of the three teenage girls who the doctor sexually assaulted
during the years from 2000 to 2005.
A fourth complaint of indecent behavior was filed In August last year
with the College of Physicians and Surgeons against Dr. Golden. The
complaint was also filed with the Citizens Commission on Human Rights
(CCHR), a social reform group that investigates and exposes
psychiatric violations of human rights. The complaint alleged among
other things that Dr. Golden would hug his 18 year old woman patient
on many occasions during which time he would have an erection.
