Michael Berger, who plead guilty on October 2nd to the sole count 26
"Knowingly Receiving Child Pornography in Interstate and Foreign Commerce
via the Computer" with all other counts dismissed, was sentenced on
December 16th to 180 months (March 24, 2021 projected release) in prison
and 15 years supervised release thereafter.
He has arrived at the Tallahassee detention center which is an
Administrative Security facility, a tightly controlled environment which is
probably just a stopping point to where will ultimately be his final
destination.
He has appealed his sentence to the 11th Circuit Court.

One count.  2021.  I wonder if he thinks it was all worth it.
One count.  2021.  Does not bode well for those convicted at trial on
multiple counts.

Good show yardbird.  What a burden this must be.  Not only are you a marked
man, the fate of these others is on your shoulders.  Sure it was their
choice but you lead them down that primrose path.
