DICTATORSHIP and the Flying Vet

Maurice Kirk, the Flying Vet, continues to be in captivity, in danger
of poisoning by fake doctors.

A miscarriage of justice in Guernsey, in the Channel Islands, led
Maurice to protest against unjust law.

However, the authorities are members of a GANG that believes in the
REVERSAL of all logic and of all morals:

Eight Popes of Rome condemned tham, because they believe that "EVIL IS
GOOD", that the "DEVIL IS GOD", and other insane ideas. Because
"FRIENDSHIP IS ENMITY", they force each other into crime, and then
blackmail each other with exposure and punishment unless they commit
MORE crimes.

Maurice Kirk moved to South Wales. Yet, for over ten years they have
continued to rig mad "court cases" against him. Any flippant excuse to
condemn him will do. He is not even allowed to speak in his own
defence.

He bought a plane with a NON-FUNCTIONING replica of a gun from a film
company. He wanted the plane, not the gun. He sold the gun as an
ORNAMENT - the only purpose it could serve.

The GANG that had pursued him from the Channel Islands did not
prosecute the film company, nor the new owner. Instead, it prosecuted
HIM for owning and selling a "weapon".

He was denied bail and, in violation of Article 6 of the European
Convention on Human Rights, was denied the right under Habeas Corpus
to appear in public in court.

The question of SECRET HEARINGS was settled at the "Norman Conquest"
in Strasbourg on 22nd July 1999. Norman "The Conqueror" Scarth

That document shows that Britain is NOT ALLOWED to hold hearings in
secret. So, as "WRONG IS RIGHT", they now do it MORE OFTEN.

Also, as "TRUTH IS LIES", in §17 it is stated that Lord Justice
Morritt said Britain is not bound by Human Rights. However, Britain
signed the Convention in 1951, in ADVANCE, before it even came into
effect.

Maurice Kirk was told he could only speak over a VIDEO LINK. This is
because it is easy to throw the switch. Also, videos can be recorded
and faked. The public have no access.

Maurice protested, and even went on HUNGER STRIKE.

When he did decide to TRY the video link, he started speaking and was
at once, as expected, CUT OFF.

This is hardly democracy.

He was put in the mental ward of a hospital:

He is not in any way insane. He is a fun-loving and courageous
ADVENTURER with a sense of right and wrong. However, his enemies
believe that THEY decide what is wrong and right by a process of
REVERSED LOGIC.

The "Conqueror" went to see Maurice Kirk, and got his approval to
defend him.

Norman has been writing letters to the Ombudsman and many others. Here
is his latest missive:

Maurice is due to appear in Cardiff Crown Court again on Monday 26th
October 2009, listed for 10am, but check with the Court Listing Office
on Friday (Tel: 02920 678 760).

He has read out to me on the telephone from the 11 page 'Final Report'
by 'Dr.' Tegwyn Williams.  (Maurice tells me that he is not allowed to
send copies to his lawyers or his family, by any means, letter, fax or
email).  He also tells me the Report contains at least 20 serious
errors of fact.

Para. 39 includes the words, "Should the court wish a second opinion,
they may wish to consider instructing a psychiatrist from a High
Security Hospital to assess Maurice Kirk both as to treatment, & also
in which environment that treatment should take place".   Para. 40
says, "Maurice Kirk can return to court for any disposal that the
court sees fit"

The idea that Maurice needs ANY treatment is preposterous.  Harold
Shipman was not the only criminal in the NHS.

I think it was Tegwyn Williams who, suffering from paranoid delusions,
said he was "in danger" from Norman "The Conqueror" Scarth. Norman is
in his EIGHTIES. He is frail, but unbending. He has done VAST amounts
of work to try to clean up the Britain he loves. He is completely non-
violent.

On this page, you can see Norman. Also, at the bottom is the corpse of
Andy McCardle. It bears NO RESEMBLANCE to how the man really looked.
He was beaten to death by "DOCTORS" in Carstairs Hospital, as revenge
for reporting the spreading of heroin by "HIGH RANKING POLICE":

The Flying Vet needs all the support he can get. We are all concerned
