Dungeon index

The final issue of Dungeon just arrived in my mail yesterday and I've
gotta say that the Dungoen adventure index is really nice.  It's divided
up by Edition and includes:

- Name
- Party level
- Issue#
- Author name

Also, after the edition indices, are indices by setting, so there's a
Greyhawk index (as well as one for FR, Spelljammer, and even Top
Secret).

I like to think of this as a going-away present from the Paizo staff.

It is simply breathtaking to watch the glee and abandon with which
the liberal media and the Angry Left have been attempting to turn
our military victory in Iraq into a second Vietnam quagmire. Too bad
for them, it's failing.
