I don't think so really.  I prefer Winterspring but I think that's
because I have done WPL and EPL too many times now.  If you are a
skinner then Winterspring would be better as the quests have you
killing a lot of Yetis.  Burning Steppes would be better for a skinner
too as you kill a lot of dragons there.

Last time I went through your level range I missed out WPL / EPL
entirely.  I did Felwood / Winterspring / Silithus instead.

If levelling speed is your aim then don't wait until 60 to go to
Outlands.  It's miles faster to get from 58-60 there than it is in
Azeroth even if it is a bit tough to start with.  If you want to
experience all the zones then you should probably level 58-60 in EPL
and Silithus.
