Hi All We believe that a recent Windows XP update for Outlook 2003 makes files created on the mac in Photoshop and Illustrator (CS2) not show up when emailed to windows users. Our workaround for Photoshop jpeg files was the "Save for Web", eliminating the preview. We can't figure out what to do to the illustrator files so the windows users can view them... The illustrator files are saved down to v9 due to Asian vendor requirements. Saving the files as pdf's helps in that the windows users can view the files. We have also considered creating a shared folder on a windows server and copying the files there --something we would prefer not to do as many of the windows users are inexperienced in dealing with file management. If there is a way to save an illustrator file with no preview that would be helpful. Does anyone know if this is possible? Any others experiencing this problem? If so, how have you dealt with this phenomenon? Thanks Rich[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
