Looking for dual voltage home theater in a box recommendations

I'm moving for a year+ to Eastern Europe, and I'd like to get a home
theater in a box that is dual voltage so that I can use it in the US during
the time before I leave.

I'd preferably like to spend less than $350.

I'd prefer to buy it from a reputable/established online store.

At least 1080i upconvert
At least 5.1 Surround
NTSC playback

Nice to have:
