Yamaha RXV 595a set up

I have a Yamaha RXV 595A about 10 yrs old, I havent playe dit in a
while, because my Mirage 360 speakers needed repair, now I am back up
and running, I set the speakers using the set up, all volumes are good
where we sit, we played Ironman last night and throughout the whole
movie we did not hear any rear sounds. is there some settings I messed
up on the reciever, can I take the Yamaha back to factory default and
start over, or was it the movie.
