Kenmore dryer, model # 96478100 seems dead

My dryer motor and the heating element don't work. My timer seems to
work( I hear the timer moving inside). I have 220 volts to different
wires inside the dryer.
The thermal circuit is OK.
The temperature sensors seem OK.
The door switch is OK. The wires look OK. Is there some circuit  breaker
in the motor? What am I missing here? Any ideas
