U-Line Under Counter Fridge Troubleshooting

Fridge is a U 2075 undercounter model, 5 years old.

The compressor stopped coming on, but the fridge still has power.

When I turn the temperature control all the way to "off", then turn it
back on, and the fridge comes on normally, cools until it reaches the
set temperature, then the compressor stops as normal.

But the compressor does not come on again automatically.  I can reset it
again, and the compressor comes on once again, and cools the fridge to
the set temperature.

Something is preventing the rise in internal temperature from turning on
the compressor.

Any hints about which part this would be?  Or could it be low coolant???
