up in shipping because Buy.com's shipping is shoddy. Instead of padding
product all around with foam pellets, they place product in the bottom of
an outer cardboard container and stuff some crumpled paper on top of
product and seal the carton. In transit, the product has little or no
protection from rough handling and it is obvious when unpacked.

Buy.com, manufacturers of goods take pride in their work. You should do the
same when you ship. It doesn't cost, it saves. Saves on unnecessary
refusals, unnecessary returns and preserves customer loyalty for repeat
business.
