Jack Dont mess about on this one contacting dealers , try contacting pangolin direct ... as someone mentioned $75 is for update , you might find simply a repalcement disk for software is cheaper and then you might find u want to pay the extra for any extra thats been put into softwre. you wont no until you ask , i dont think you should be worried about contacting pangolin direct , all reports are they are very friendly . I understand yuo might have tried to get download for speed to get it up and running , but one thing you do need in this industry is patience , when thiongs go wrong it can take a fair bit of time to get sorted Peg -- ..........................
