Eminent Domain a Pox

Hello,

They left the law of Eminent Domain unfinished, and the rest of the
law now needs to be written. Actually what they shouldhave done was
rent the property for 100 years, and then if it were still being used
for the reason it had been taken from the private citizen in the first
place, the law shouldhave said they could rent it for another 100
years. Eminent Domain is a bad law, and a pox on The Constitution Of
The United States Of America. It needs to be re-done, and my
circumstances can prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt:

I either want the abandoned, Eminent-Domain property that was taken
for the needs of the "We The People", who no longer need it, given
back to my property or allowed to sue to have the Rail Road Co.
maintained it in a proper manner. I am talking about the Rails to
Trails in Spartansburg, Pa, that run behind my house. What is going on
behind me is driving me mad, and completely destroying my life. I have
no quality of life and am ill with sleep deprivation. I finally (but
too late - the damage is done) had to move out of my bedroom, however
iam so harassed i can still hear them at all hours plus more; 24 hours
a day; 365 days a year and worse on weekends and holidays, and that is
just the noise problem. Thereare many other health-threatening and
safety problems etc.
