It's not a valid point. Being addicted to drugs isn't illegal. That
is what I said and you insisted otherwise claiming that being
addicted to drugs was illegal because the person couldn't become
addicted to drugs without access *at some time* to illegal drugs.
You were wrong in that that doesn't make being addicted to drugs
illegal.
