5.  Psychological harassment is not a new phenomenon but it is one
that is on the rise. It's a serious phenomenon that has serious
consequences for the victims and our society.
1. This website was created to provide information about psychological
harassment and its many forms. It also exposes psychological
harassment and different psychological manipulations used to target
individuals.

Many victims of psychological harassment suffer from physical
ailments, irritability, anxiety, nervousness, insomnia, stress,
fatigue, depressive states, burn outs, and in some cases suicide. Many
are unable to continue working and suffer financial loss.
In some cases the causes are over work, unrealistic work demands,
withholding information and resources, arbitrary removal of
responsibilities, public humiliation, consistent over time, lack of
professional autonomy, favoritism and nepotism, excessive competitive
work environment, disorganized working conditions, ambiguous tasks or
contradictory tasks, tasks that are deprived of purpose, constant
threats of dismissal, leadership styles, lack of communication, and
intimidation.

Violence has different forms: Physical and Psychological. Many safe
guards have been put in place to prevent physical violence in our
society but few if any exist to prevent psychological violence.

Psychological harassment has many forms: the most common being verbal
abuse. Some tactics aim at trying to humiliate or weaken the morale of
individuals or groups.

Mobbing also referred to by some as bullying, psychological terrorism,
and organizational violence is described as a collective form of
psychological violence in which many individuals unite to persecute an
individual by making constant negative remarks, repeated criticism or
sarcasm, intimidation, threats, insinuations, try to humiliate,
circulate false information concerning the individual, and to socially
isolate the individual. Mobbing is a way of destroying a person
without using any physical means, a psychological war of nerves with
wear the individual out tactics. A group attacks an individual's
dignity, integrity, self-image, self-confidence, self-esteem, place in
doubt of competence, threaten their careers, and means of subsistence.
One method used to induce distress or suffering in a person is by
systematically isolating them from their peers.

After a few months some victims can suffer from psychiatric
difficulties such as paranoia, chronic fatigue, loss of
self-confidence, and depression.

MORE CYBERHARASSMENT PATHOLOGIES

1.  Some that are clearly Cyberstalkers and Cyberharassers that post
their lies, distortions and use those lies and distortions to
Cyberstalk and Cyberharass  have tried to downplay their obvious
mental illness and the laws making their actions a criminal act.
Even others have asked for more "references" in respect to the
pathological suffering Cyberstalkers and Cyberharassers experience,
and their sad and pathetic  motivations to commit such criminal acts
online.  (I should however mention that two of the Brook's gang of
Cyberharassers/Cyberstalkers have since admitted to mental illness, so
at least in that respect we know we are right about at least two of
them).

There seems to be quite a bit of information about this topic, and

"It may be helpful if you understand more about cyberstalking and
harassment before trying to address it. These are the most
frequently asked questions we encounter at WiredSafety.org. We
provide one-to-one help to cyberstalking and harassment victims in
our WiredPatrol Cyberstalking and Harassment Division using our
specially trained volunteers.

What is cyberstalking and what is cyberharassment?

Cyberstalking and cyberharassment are similar. Most people use them
interchangeably, but there is a subtle distinction, typically
relating to the perpetrator's intent and the original motivation for
their behavior. While the two situations usually involve many of the
same online tactics, cyberstalking is almost always characterized by
the stalker relentlessly pursuing his or her victim online and is
much more likely to include some form of offline attack, as well.

This offline aspect makes it a more serious situation as it can
easily lead to dangerous physical contact if the victim's location  is
known.
Why do people cyberstalk or cyberharass others?
Cyberstalkers are often driven by revenge, hate, anger, jealousy,
obsession, and mental illness. While a cyberharasser may be  motivated
by some of these same feelings, often the harassment is
driven by the desire to frighten or embarrass the harassment victim.

Sometimes the Cyberharasser intends to teach the victim a lesson in
netiquette or political correctness (from the Cyberharasser's point of
view). Often the cyberharassment victim is merely in the wrong place
at the wrong time, or has made a comment or expressed an opinion  that
the cyberharasser dislikes. We've even seen cases where the victim is
being targeted because they're the first ones the cyberharasser
encounters when they are in a "bad mood."

What do cyberstalkers or harassers do when they stalk or harass
someone?

The harasser may post comments intended to cause distress to the
victim, or make them the subject of harassment by others. They may
send a constant stream of E-mails and instant messages to their
victims or a victim's co-workers, friends, or family. They may pose
as the victim and post offensive comments or send offensive messages
in their name. They may send hateful or provocative communications to
the victim's boss, family, or significant other (in their own  name or
posing as the victim). Often the victim's computer is hacked   or
their E-mail accounts are broken-into by the cyberstalker or  harasser
and taken over entirely, or the password is changed and the victim
locked out of their own accounts. The victim may be signed up
for spam, porn sites, and questionable offers."

I am providing this information to your firm for you to provide to the
investigators so as to reveal the correct perspective and
understanding in respect to how smear gangs operate on the Internet,
and to provide some examples of their attacks.  In the next section I
will provide hard evidence of such attacks with specificity.

and smear campaign they have been waging against me for the past four
years and ongoing, is about to go to the next level.

I am sure all of the Nigel Brooks hate/smear and con gang are looking
forward to stating their fraud about me under oath, which will be an
opportunity afforded them soon.  Personally, I cannot wait to see if
they will lie under oath the same as they have on USENET about me.
