What will youtube verdict mean?

The recent verdict against google orders them to hand over the Ip adresses and the list of associated files. It will then be made public who watched what. Does this mean we also will be punished for watching a copyrighted work of art? I guess the point is to punish youtube for allowing the vidoes to be streamed from their site, or to punish those who posted them there. But indirectly it means that everyone will be "outed" in the sense that their viewing habits and also their interests will be exposed. What do you think? Mike[ Auf dieses Posting antworten ]
