Yes and no.
If you go by "magic" as a stage act, then yes.
If you go by "magic" as a way of life, one that verges on a religion or
non-traditional form of spirituality/religion
(much in the way that Alan Moore described it), then not so much.
The reason I write "not so much" is because I suppose an argument could be
made that religion itself is a bag of tricks to many.
