LIL offers it's support to Sam, a Biggie's patron who sadly lost her
sister Claire to cancer aged 24, and the family have worked hard since
setting up the Timberlake Cancer Trust. They will be hosting Claire's
Fundraising Ball in her honour, marking the one year anniversary of
her death.

Over the last few months LIL has been organising ad-hoc meets around
the UK via www.MeetUp.com, a free friends site promoting meeting
people in person rather than online friendships. Most events will be
hosted by a LIL representative but we also invite members to suggest
MeetUps they'd like to host - meals, bowling, cinema trips etc. These
small local events are a great way to meet new people in your area.
